Qualifications

Silviya Todorova is an industrial property representative, registered with the Bulgarian Patent Office (BPO) in the field of patents, utility models, industrial designs, trademarks and geographical indications.
She is also trademark and design Attorney registered with the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
Silviya is an Assistant Professor in the “Creative Industries and Intellectual Property” department at the “Business Faculty” at the University of National and World Economy (UNWE) and a guest lecturer at the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy (UACG).
She is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA), USA and INTA Student Ambassador for the period 2016 – 2017.

Silviya has gained a rich experience in protecting and managing intellectual property assets through her active work in the field of IP law during the last 7 years.
Her practice encompasses protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights with a particular emphasis in the areas of trademarks, industrial designs and patents.


Education

Silviya Todorov has an LLM. degree in “Intellectual Property” from the University of National and World Economy. She is also PhD Student in “Creative Industries and Intellectual Property” department at the “Business Faculty” at the University of National and World Economy (UNWE)
